Portico Logistics are looking for a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver to join our team, carrying out multi-drop deliveries using a tail lift vehicle. This role involves a mix of local and longer-distance work, with occasional nights out required.
To apply for this role you must be able to demonstrate previous achievements in the following areas:
· Carry out multi-drop deliveries.
· Operate tail lift and pump truck safely.
· Ensure goods are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
· Complete vehicle checks and defect reporting.
· Secure loads correctly and comply with transport regulations.
· Provide excellent customer service at delivery points.
· Occasionally stay overnight (paid nights out provided).
· Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.
· Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
Port Logistics
· Previous multi-drop experience preferred.
· Comfortable with manual handling.
· Good knowledge of UK road networks.
· Flexible approach to work and nights out.
Casual work leading to permanent, £15.13ph inclusive of holiday pay.
